GYB, OTHERS APPLAUDED FOR COURAGE
Implementation of the Naira Redesign Policy (NRP) by the Central Bank of Nigeria has refused to fade.
Popular grassroots media house, Brekete Family dedicated a moment during one of her recent programmes on Human Right Radio to celebrate Yahaya Bello, the Governor of Kogi State and his Kaduna and Zamfara States counterparts for taking up the gauntlet and bringing relief to the nation by approaching the Supreme Court which ultimately struck down the CBN’s botched approaches. #Courage
We cannot appreciate #TheEssentialGYB and his courageous colleagues enough even as Nigerians gradually come to grips with the pains and loses inflicted on them by the apex bank. It was a truly courageous deed to stand up to their own party and Government on behalf of the Nigerian people, and at a time when it could have had dire electoral consequences for them personally.
