Fanwo Kingsley Olurunfemi, is the Commissioner for Information and Communication, Kogi State. He a holds degree in B. ED English from Kogi State University. He has accomplished so much wealth of experience throughout his career in the communication industry.

He is well known for his excellent communication and interpersonal skills in the discharge of his responsibilities as Commissioner for Information and Communication. He is an effective, pragmatic and tenacious political leader.

Prior to his current role, Fanwo Kingsley Olurunfemi was the Special Adviser to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello on Information and Communication Strategy between Dec. 2019 – Jan. 2020.

He also served as the Director General of Media and Publicity, Chief Press Secretary, respectively in the New Direction Administration. He was also a Senior Correspondent at Vanguard News Media, Lokoja and Managing Editor, The Banner Newspapers, were he left indelible footprints.

Fanwo Kingsley Olurunfemi serves as Secretary, Kogi State Government Committee on Minimum Wage. He is a philanthropist with a passion for initiating development and empowerment in his community. He is the Founder of Kingsley Fanwo Foundation.
He is happily married and blessed with Children.
